Resolved Question: WHO KNOW ABOUT GEORGIA APARTMENTS........?

Next yr I was thinking about moving to Atlanta or somewhere on the outside of Atlanta, so lately I've been doing a lot of researching of possible apartments. I've read a lot of reviews from various sites. Now, my problem is most apartment reviews I looked at said the apartments were roach infested, ghetto, and had multiple burglaries monthly. The main area I was looking in was Marietta. I was also looking in Dunwoody, Roswell, and Alpharetta. Are most of GA apartments infested with bugs, and crime? If not let me know which ones aren't. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!! Oh and I'm in need of a nice 1 BR apartment for me. I'll be 25 next yrs, so I'm not looking for nothing to special. No prices over $600.
