HomeSalesForce.com ...Holcombs Crossing is located near the northwest corner of the Georgia 400 and Holcomb Bridge Road intersections. You'll find a very well maintained community of two bedroom and three bedroom town homes. Exterior maintenance and landscaping are included in the monthly association due. There is also a part time security officer (primarily in the Summer when the pools are open) in addition to Roswell city patrols. The community is fully fenced, but not gated, so you can always feel safe while enjoy the homes and amenities. The two bedroom units all have covered parking for two cars at the rear of each unit. Homes with the three bedroom/office configuration all have two car garages on the main floor with a full bath and either a bedroom or office. You will see the larger of the TWO pools near the entry to Holcombs Crossing , while the smaller pool which feature a more private setting is located near the back of the property next to the two lighted tennis courts and pic-nic area. The western border of the neighborhood is bounded by the Big Creek which is adjacent to the pic-nic area.
